Video of An Indonesian Police Officer Helping A Cat Cross The Road Quickly Goes Viral And It Is Adorable

Cats think very highly of themselves, and they are not too keen to obey the rules enforced by others, namely humans.

They do what they want, when they want to do it. So, when a cat decides to cross the road, that road will be crossed, with complete disregard of the traffic conditions or safety.

One police officer, probably a cat-owner who is familiar with their quirks, stopped the traffic so she could cross the road and escorted her to safety.  She probably saw this as a gesture of respect and obeyed him.

This peculiar situation was captured with a camera, so you can see for yourselves.

After spotting a cat attempting to cross the road, this police officer decided to help her.

Last year, the police department of the Musi Banyuasin district in Sekayu, Indonesia published a video showing a police officer helping a cat to go across a busy road.

The policeman named Brigadier Satria saw the cat and instead of pushing her away, he stops the traffic to let the cat cross the street.

The cat walks with her head up, like she is thinking: “Thank God someone finally shares my high opinion of myself”

The video quickly went viral, with many people applauding the police officer for keeping the cat safe.

Cats of the world can feel safe When officers like Satria are on duty.

Do you think the officer acted appropriately?
