What are the shipping times?

Typically, our personalized products take between 12 to 15 business days to reach your door, and a few days extra if you are outside the USA.

Can I have more than 1 pet on my order?

Currently, we support only one pet per product, but we're transitioning into allowing more than 1 pet per product. If you want to take advantage of this early, email us at meow@catsoncatnip.co and we'll be in touch. Please note there will be an additional charge for an extra pet on the product.

I don't have a camera, and/or I'm not a good photographer. What do I do?

It's quite simple thankfully, and you don't even need a special camera. Your smartphone's camera will do just great, as most of our orders come from photos from smartphones and they look brilliant. Make sure to have good lighting, and to check out the tips in our Photo Guide to take the absolute best photo possible.

I got an email that my order has been dispatched, how can I track it?

You'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking information, which will allow you to see where your package is in transit. If you have any questions or want further information, please email us at meow@catsoncatnip.co

Will I have to pay import taxes?

Yes, for any orders shipped outside USA, you may be liable to pay any import taxes.
